Mute Company Orchestra's (MCO) sound is an amalgam of catchy pop riffs with the groove and energy of modern eclectic rock. Their first 5 song self-titled EP is a vast landscape of hard-charging guitar rhythms, a relentless bass and drum groove lead by sinuous vocal lines. Evocative melodies are woven into the fabric of the music providing a captivating journey for the listener. This is demonstrated by the two singles on the album; End of the End, and Standing in the Dark (the very first time).
